Where Can We Ship To?

Currently we offer shipping Internationally and to mainland UK (England, Scotland and Wales).  Unfortunately we cannot ship to the EU due to the EU restrictions in place that detrimentally affect small businesses like this one.   Hopefully, this will change in the future.

When Will My Order Arrive?

 

Please note, all nail sets are made to order and may take up to a week to dispatch.  During busy periods this time may be extended up to 2 weeks.  There will be a notification on the home page if that is the case.

Orders cannot be changed once they have been put into production.  If you have any special requests please either contact us via the contact page before purchase, or leave your request in the comments box at checkout.

For UK customers:

All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked and should arrive within 2-3 business days.

2-3 business days is delivery time after dispatch.  Total time from order to parcel receipt can be up to 2 weeks.  Please plan accordingly and order ahead of time if you are buying for an event.

For International Customers:

All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and should arrive within 6-7 business days.

6-7 business days is delivery time after dispatch.  Total time from order to parcel receipt can be up to 3 weeks.  Please plan accordingly and order ahead of time if you are buying for an event.

Please note any customs, duties, taxes or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer, and we will not be responsible if you are unable to receive your parcel due to unpaid fees.  Please be aware of your countries customs policies and budget accordingly.

Also note, orders being held at customs may cause delays to you receiving your order.  If you require your order by a certain date, please order well ahead of time to allow for processing at customs.
